New environmentally friendly car means more individual transport capacity!
We are very pleased to advise that our recent NSW Government ‘2018 Community Building Partnership Grant’ application was successful.
Our project was called ‘Increasing Community Transport in the Inner West – Reducing Environmental Impact.’
This means Connect: Inner West will receive a $30,000 contribution from the NSW Government toward ‘purchasing a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle, to increase opportunities for clients to participate fully in the inner west community with safe, environmentally sustainable transport options.’
Our petrol and diesel vehicles cover 1000’s of kilometres each month so this will help to reduce our environmental impact.
It will take a couple of months to source and commission our new vehicle but we will let know when we launch.
