Feedback from Clients
Leichhardt Community Transport Group (LCTG) is keen to understand what Clients like and dislike about our services and how our services can best meet your needs. As part of the LCTG Strategic Plan 2017 – 2020, we will be seeking such feedback from our Clients. This may involve postal surveys, interviews over the phone and out on the road, and focus groups. LCTG will also trial mobile phone surveys by text message in the coming months, a first for LCTG!
