Community Transport in Sydney’s Inner West
Helping you get where you need to go
What is Leichhardt Marrickville Community Transport Group?
Community Transport is a door to door transportation service. It helps people who can’t afford or have difficulty using private or public transport.
We are a not-for-profit service that has been providing transport services since 1983. We believe in equal access so everyone can access the facilities and services they need.
NSW Community Transport services in NSW are determined by where you live. We provide services for people living in the former Leichhardt and Marrickville Local Government Areas (now part of the Inner West Council).
Not sure whether you’re covered by our service areas?
We also hire out vehicles and drivers to qualifying incorporated organisations.
We have Coaster and Sprinter buses up to 21 seats and modern Honda Odyssey station wagons.
They are late model buses and vans and have accessibility features. Some of them have wheelchair access.
Don’t forget our new CityRunner Shuttle service that operates every Monday! Like all our services, the CityRunner is door – to – door. We pick you up at home and drop you at your requested destination. When you’re ready, we’ll collect you and drop you at home. All this for a flat $10 fare! Remember, community transport is more than just taking Clients to medical appointments and shopping. Community transport is also about the things you want to do, not just the things you have to do. So, with that in mind, the City has much more to offer than…Read More
