Come and join us for morning tea at d’Cafe on Norton
A social gathering for people with dementia and their carers.
Take the opportunity to join others in similar circumstances, to talk and share stories over morning tea. Health professionals will be on hand to answer any questions and to let you know about support for people with dementia and their families in the local area.
